Share any recent comic pages/storyboards that you drew. Um..pic related i guess

Increase the details in the hands and fix the perspective of stuff like the buckles and cloth pieces. You can even get the scenario alone if you do that, especially if is a hentai fanfic.
Getting more artists to do other details for you (one for scenarios, other for hair, another for hands, etc) increase production speed and quality. Its cheating, but the japanese do that all the time.
>>2637414
That's not how perspective works. Also study horses. The details are way too many and just makes everything chaotic. Its a nice try for a story, but you're not at a skill level where you can tell a good story. Composition, perspective, the characters themselves, folds. Everything needs work man. I suggest starting with basic drawing before attempting at a comic.
kek i thinks its perfect how it is
i rike it
Fuck all this childish anime crap.
Post real art here, such as graffiti and cubism.
None of that anime illustration child garbage...
No disrespect to real manga illustrators just the anime drawing children who fuck up this board and could never illustrate their own manga books because they suck.

What a caring older sister. But if she doesn't eat, her breasts won't grow!
So how does one become a good painter? Any good books can you suggest?
How to improve my drawing? I can pretty much copy well but it takes time and I really am short on patience when it comes to that.
Books on that are also appreciated.
What helped you the most with these ?
Which book you think is the best for improving?

Read the sticky you stupid nigger
Learn to see color shapes instead of lines, unless said shape is strictly a line
Lines are most of the time just boundaries that don't actually exist. How many times you've seen people outline lips or hairs, things in real life don't look like that at all
Once you realize this you're on your way to paint. But of course you'll need to measure and place said shapes properly, be able to distinguish colors and make them, and imply the borders between said shapes (also known as edges)
The best way to improve your drawing is to draw from life. You'll learn to measure and to see shapes of color/value, and get better at it

You don't need to make your own thread.
Use the draw thread. beginner draw thread, or the stylization thread.
this is my first time using this site it's just confusing for me, i'm sorry
>got new art friend
>his art sucks
>I'm still worse
What should I do in this dilemma? I can't compliment him but I also can't tell him that his work sucks.
>not taking the opportunity to be art rivals that communicate with one another
I'm with this art rival relationship with this one artist on pixiv. never talked to him but his skill level was so close to mine, it was uncanny.
I don't hate him tho, but I'm inspired to exceed beyond him; kind of like a race thing on who gets gud first.
>>2636196
Rivalry kinda sucks in real life. It's not anywhere as exciting as the usual romantic rivalry in fiction. You also can only do it with very specific people.
Then you better get better so you can crit him to pieces.
Redline it, please.
Please leave ic and don't come back
HAhahahahahaha
Houllly fuuuck. trying to make sense of the figures and their relative anatomy without becoming gay. this is a masterpiece. truly. el divino will be proud.
>>2635897
the upside down guys ass and leg anatomy is so terrible i can't even
I created this Unicorn a while back and would like to know, if there's anything I can improve on.
>>2637733
Use smoother lines and dont clash angles and lorem ipsum dolor set amet
>>2637733
Get rid of the outlines, work on a better platform, and what is going on with it's mane/tail? You can't ride it properly with all that rainbow hair in the way. It's pointless.
Anyone here got experience working inhouse photo retouch? After 10 years of digital painting with PS it seems like it could be a viable option as I already have most of the skills required, especially for beauty and product retouch. I'm mainly lacking in technical knowledge about photography but I've been meaning to get into that anyway. There are many positions for retouch artists popping up where I live, could it be a back up career?

Next time you think about posting something like this, think to yourself. How would this look and sound if I was asking this question to a homeless man I just met and never spoke to before.
That's what you're doing here.
You sound and look like an idiot.

Can you guys recommend a good anatomy resource? I've tried Proko, Villpu, Sycra, Atlas of Anatomy for Artists, and Michael Hamptons book, nothing seems to be working for me.
>>2637442

Post your art, maybe you are not ready for anatomy studies.

This thread is meant for artists who might want to try to make anime works in-between their studies. It is strongly recommended that you use this thread in conjunction with learning the elements and fundamentals of art. You can also discuss the visual elements of various professional artists as well if you keep it relatively articulate and civil.
Submit your drawings, receive feedback or critique others! Share your knowledge and remember to thank those who've critiqued or red-lined your drawings. Most importantly, keep boys out of this thread!
