Should I study pic related, even if it focuses on rendering vehicles? (because Robertson was mentioned in sticky)

I love this book and it's video. Just because he teaches rendering through vehicles doesn't mean the fundamentals can't be applied to other things. Light is light and form is form. To think otherwise would be stupid and counterproductive.
I've seen many people turn this book away just because Robertson likes drawing cars and by doing so they didn't learn how rendering works.

You will need to know how perspective works properly because you use that book, it will constantly refer back to his how to draw book on how to set up various perpectives before rending.

look into your state's required licensing for body art. You'll probably have to do a cheap online course on bloodborne illness. Get the license before anything, this will help a shop see that you're serious about doing this.
Don't tattoo your friends. They will ask, then it will be bad and it WILL haunt you.

Get Guy Aitchison´s Reinventing the tattoo books/dvd bundle, they are the closest to a textbook that actually works.
Ask around the internet, theres a bunch of info, a lot of it is bullshit but youll have to sort all that shit
Stick to american traditional or other "old styles" none of that watercolor/tiny/delicate bullshit, they take years of practice to be done correctly and even then that shit fades in less than a couple of years, dont be fooled by instagram and pinterest, search for healed photos or older tattoos to see which ones age good
beware of apprenticeships, most are bullshit, lot of circlejerking by arrogant so called artists that´ll treat you like shit, if they dont respect you fuck off of there, or go your own way
prepare to grind it out, it takes a lot of time to get good at it

Anyway Im writing a Book(Yes a whole book..) in which I tell her a couple of things including Illustrations and drawings, mostly sketches wich have emotional value and I am in need of a sketch of a Hare in the same style as this Fox is.. Its supposed to look elegant and brave and hopefull, so rather slim and long body and so on, not a typical Bunnybodyposition or something. I was hoping somebody here could help me with it.. You just have to force yourself to draw and keep up with it. Starting a routine is the most difficult part. Once you get the ball rolling though, it gets easier. It's just something that takes time to develop.
