Animator's Survival Kit is a meme avoid unless you want to be an inbetweening slave later down the road.
Read Preston Blair's animation book instead because you need to learn how to construct drawings to animate and he actually teaches it.

I think it's clumsy. The color composition is unbalanced, the eye is led right to yellow, and it stays there. The grey is too flat. The light is well done on the firemen.
The message/concept is childish.
