Hello guys, this is the first time I'm on this board and I recently gained more interest in drawing so I did a few things and this is my favorite right now, I know it may seem a bit wierd but it was my first attempt at drawing yoshi in love and it is my best piece yet, please don't hate me for being a newfag I really tried my best and don't make fun of my drawing I know I am a wierd guy but this just makes me feel better, give me all your advice and rate my drawing!

A lil' butthole here, A lil' dinorsaur dick here can work wonders for a work such as this one.
Also try to workout your contrast levels and shit. For that look at great artists like Mark Crilley on youtube.

I want to make a graphic novel and I've been playing around with some styles.
I really want to do something that seems Cartoon-Network-esque in style. Is this a good look? The only medium I can use is MS paint and Photoscape because I'm poor with horrible internet. I can't afford any tablets or download any other editing software.

meh, i disagree. check any psych related subreddit, and you'll see posts exactly like this but better on the daily. not saying not to do this, because i get really retarded when i do shrooms too. i'm just saying that the giant messes you make while deeply drug addled aren't actually great as finished pieces. there's no differences in line weight on this thing! it's impossible to see where one object ends, and the next begins, making it a giant mess. now, try taking something like this as a base concept, and then arranging it into a real composition, and redoing the art using the original as a guide, and your expensive trips might be getting you somewhere

I don't understand the gripe of people like you. Is it really that hard for you guys to draw a cube, sphere, and cylinder? Literally manipulate them within the 3d space of your mind, lay them down on paper, and repeat until you have your desired figure.

what sites/site do you guys use and what do you draw for commissions.
I'm just about to go into it and my first commission is doing something for a friend who knew I draw. I'm personally interested in enviromenta but have decent enough skills at living things to draw whatever for people. I was thinking of putting up both my "concepts" and some fanart I like. Currently gitting gud at painting enviroments and anatomy and gestures are next on my list.
