I'm not lying when I say this, but this how to draw manga book really helps. It's not like the ones you find at a Miachel's and I have no idea who made it but if you wanna at least get to know more about bodies then this helps. After that maybe try making your own art style or something.

But it's some basic shit, lrn2papercraft.

Well you put a lot work in his face, but his hair is just a big black spot and his upper torso a grey one. Not much done there. So i recommend adding in a little more detail in the entire picture. Try not to focus solely on one thing in a picture, because that makes the rest of the picture seem unfinished.

at that price range there's only garbage. no need to worry too much. Get some shit monitor, improve your art for 2-3 years, then get a new one in the 600$ range.
