Ahh that's not my art nor webcomic, the picture was a commission from the artist. They are a couple and the one with vitiigo is actually male where the one with blue eyes is non-binary but we assume DFAB. Their names are Izo and Shiwa, izo the one on the left and Shiwa on the right.

They're both trapped in a hospital so the most er romantic thing they did together was fall asleep in the same bed.
