Depends on which period. Egypt might be the most comfy all around if you're upper-class. Indus Valley started after the rest but they were soon the most technologically advanced. Fertile Crescent created agriculture so they were probably well fed.

I'll probably go with the Yellow River because of the Mandate of Heaven policy which gives me the chance to move up in life.
