Without that theres no unleashed lend lease, Britain MAYBE makes a seperare peace with hitler, Japan continues to run wild in the pacific. The world is totally different. Yes, barbarossa is a big deal, but something like it happening was pretty much inveitable. This on the other had was ridiculously lucky for the allies.
