Does it upset you when people get things wrong?
Only when they're being intellectually dishonest about it

Seconded.
I can let live with people that are dumb, but people that are dishonest grinds my gear.
>>303352
>Being wrong = being dumb.
It is noble to hate ignorance in all its forms, but there is no nobility in hating the ignorant.
>>303352
It grinds my gears when someone accuses of someone of being intellectually dishonest because they can't handle the argument, and are basically just special pleading that what you're trying to explain doesn't count because of intellectual dishonesty.
But genuinely intellectually dishonest people who are just there to push an agenda are awful too.
>>303340
Well that depends on your definitions of upset, you, people, things and wrong.
Nobody likes being wrong.
>>303340
It startles me when people get things right. That's how bad things have got.
>>303340
Only when it leads to terrible actions and thought.
Like people who just refuse to believe Nationalism is purely a product of modernism and did not exist pre-17th century.
Source of that comic?
>>303340
not anymore now that I've accepted it as fact
