France put all her energy in this War and there was so much french lives taken by the war, that France never recovered completely before the ww2.

Well at that time Germany didn't do anything controversial. If, like you said, Britain, France and Czechoslovakia end up declaring war on Germany, you could expect Aztecs joining on Germany's side, but then we have Mexico and Argentina who could share knowledge and upgrade their weapons all the way to lazer level who could fuck up the Ottomans, who have a great relationship with the Aztecs. For what it's worth, I believe that the IRL German Army of 1939 was significantly bolstered with stolen Czech tanks/weapons.

Because Germany had to transfer their fighter squadrons west to defend against the bombers. Luftwaffe losses in the West were completely unsustainable, losing some 1000 fighters every month in the Western front alone in 1943, compared to ~200 per month on the eastern front in 1942.

This seriously degraded the quality of luftwaffe pilots, both through attrition and rushed training to replace losses. The fighter squadrons on the eastern front would be choked for both new pilots and new airframes, ceding air supeority to the Soviets.

Most of Germany's airforce was in the West IIRC and later Russian variants were comparable, if not superior to some German aircraft by 1944.
Take this with a grain of salt but I think it had something to do with German pilots going "Fly until you die" order so they lost a lot of experienced pilots and some were redeployed to the West. (this anon explains it better >>3112390)
Also most combat in the Eastern Front took place in lower altitudes (since Russians had a hard-on for sorties and CAS with their Sturmoviks and whatnot) where Soviet Yak-3s and La-7s excelled in, which is why German pilots were recommended to drag Soviet planes into higher altitudes where they'd perform better.

The only really solid connection is the bible telling them that it is their land.

That being said they have had an impressive history as a foreign invasion. Their organization is superb and they mananged to be militeristic without falling into dictatorships. In my head they are similar to the Teutonic order.

Well they inherited the tradition. Most of what is Judaism today are the laws and rules enacted by the Sanhedrin (as far into the 4th century AD). They inherited it and moved about.

Most genetic studies tend to point to good genetic diversity through converts, but not anything insane.

France, Germany, England, Italy, Russia and AH were burnt out beyond limits at the end of WW1. The Americans had potential but were still inexperienced. The Serbs were just a band of Exiles until 1918, Japan didn't learn much compared to the others.

France may be on top in most of your cases, but without the American War machine propping them up throughout the war and even more so in 1917 and 18, they would have probably seen a similar fate to Russia (mainly due to public exhaustion and shortages of everythin) So it isn't really their own strength, but proxy american.
