The Nazi's fixed the German economy by militarizing it. The vastly expanded German armed forces needed spare parts and ammunition, which created a lot of demand, and thus jobs. The problem with Militarization is that it's a temporary solution at best, and if you don't get into a major war to keep demand up soon after you implement it, your economy can end up worse than it was at the start. In this sense, it's hard to say that the Nazi party really fixed anything, because their militarization of the economy gave them no choice but to start a major war, that would almost assuredly pitch them against opposition they had no hope of defeating.

The cycle won't be broken. It's getting stronger. Formal education is a cult that is getting more and more taxpayer money. University's are mostly dumbed down as fuck because only the top few have an incentive to keep tough courses. Many others, including the one I went to, offered dumbed down courses. Of course plebs don't know this, they seriously think all degrees are not only proof of domain expertise but also "rigour" and "critical thinking"

Frankly, thank fuck I got through it with minimal debt.

My lazy searches did not turn up much in the way of journals or diaries for your time period. Samuel Pepys is a classic, but a little after your given dates. A quick wikipedia search suggests you should take a closer look at renaissance italy: be warned that those will have tons of business ledgers to go through.

So, really, virginity is pretty arbitrarily defined as it only came about to ensure the woman only had sex with that man she married.
Still, it has failed remarkably. Women can break their hymens in many ways. One of them being a common form of transportation (horse riding) for millennia. In a few instances, they can be born without one as a mutation. I can imagine it made way for a lot of false accusations.

Regardless, it seems we either recognize the term as it was first conceptualized (vaginal penetration) or we just discard it overall in favor of a general term of being "sexually active" then?
The latter would make more sense in terms of everything I mentioned anyway.
