What isn't just about that? It makes perfect sense that some organisms would subsist on other organisms. Animal meat goes into other animals and turns into their own animal meat which goes into other animals after another predator kills the first predator or a scavenger eats the carcass of the first predator and life continues cycling on instead of just stalling out in one generation.

That's how it is. You don't have to justify it. What's your alternative? Nothingness? There's nothing else in existence but nature.
