that's fascists for you
>>1136689
Fascism has nothing to do with race, neither do National Socialism
More like nationalities, even Mussolini claimed that there's no such thing as a pure race
>>1136719
Exactly this, but it's been sullied and destroyed so much by racist idiots and autists that it ought to be buried and forgotten about forever.
Was apartheid just a proxy regime against communism with no racial motive at all? If not, why was it dismantled at the time of the USSR collapse?
>embargoed and boycotted by the US
>"proxy regime against communism"
Read a book, nigger.
Unrelated question, but what caused the ANC to go to corrupt after the fall of Apartheid?
>>1136511
Because there was only Mandela and the rest of ANC was Mugabe lite.
Why are we so obligated to accommodate poor people/losers and their mistakes?
Why do I have to pay for some retard who is constantly churning out children when he full well knows he cannot provide for them?
Why don't we simply let the weak and poor die?
because all human life has value otherwise we get into inconclusive debates about where the line should be drawn that always end up with a lot of innocent people dead for very little reason

Because 1917 will happen.
You have no obligations.
All obligations are spooks.
Taxation is theft.
Could technocratic state capitalism ever work?
Technocratic anything can't really work because engies can't run a country.
Technocracy isn't an actionable form of government. It's more of a spectrum within the operations of existing civic frameworks. Are officials receiving their position based on the general merit of their abilities as opposed to strictly political or nepotistic considerations?

Was the Industrial Revolution a mistake?
No, the advantages outweigh the drawbacks.
Kaczynski did nothing wrong though, he was driven insane in a failed MKULTRA experiment and that is why he had trouble getting his priorities straight.
It's more of a pandora's box.
Technology is inherently anti-freedom.
Scientists are actively working to destroy the human race.

Who?
I posted this on /pol/ initially
I used to be an atheist. After I became redpilled, I became Catholic. I love the history of Catholicism. The doctrines make sense in a biblical and historical context. I would get fed up with the popes cuckoldry and go experiment with secular philosophy and once even some /fringe/ stuff, but I always come back to Catholicism because it has the most answers, it feels safe, and it is well established. Now, I am getting to a point where I am doubting again. The Church is getting weak, the pope is getting cuckier, and even my own Church's leaders are getting more liberal. My priest will just say stuff like "just keep doing what your doing" for my penance, after I tell him my sins. Catholics don't have an identity anymore, many people in the Church don't think twice about the Church before engaging in degeneracy. I have been instructed by my priest not to look towards secular philosophers, he said a lot of that stuff was "poison", but I need some sort of guidance. I cannot go to protestantism, I just don't believe in protestantism, nor orthodoxy. I look at so many intelligent figures, like leaders of the third Reich, and many of them were not religious, though they realized the good of organized religion. Still, I find it hard to leave the Church, half because when I read Catholic books like The Lord of the Rings and look into the history of Europe, I feel as though I would be leaving that all behind by leaving the institution that made it all possible. The other half is that, even though I may not have full faith anymore, I still fear Hell, and if Catholicism is true, I don't want to abandon Jesus Christ, I don't want to abandon God. What is /his/'s opinion on this?
>>1135818
>I'm LARPing as a Catholic
Reminder that Pope Francis did nothing wrong

>I used to be an atheist. After I became redpilled, I became Catholic
how does that happen exactly? did you find some miracilous proof of god that no one sees?
>I have been instructed by my priest not to look towards secular philosophers, he said a lot of that stuff was "poison",
What kind of awful Priest would tell you that.
>The Church is getting weak, the pope is getting cuckier,
There is literally nothing Pope Francis has said that isn't in line with Catholic Dogma.
>existing in a reality stable enough to allow speculation of whether or not it is meaningless
>there are no truths even though there must be some absolute principle that presupposes reality being coherent enough to question
Is nihilism the ultimate cock philosophy?

'knowledge' is incoherent. Everything is ultimately just 'beliefs', which are mental states that precede and dictate conscious behavior. Beliefs are based, fundamentally, on inductive assumptions.
Again, you can describe a mind as exhibiting beliefs but 'possessing absolute knowledge' is an incoherent spook.

I've recently found out my family tree leads to Robert II of Scotland but I'm too stupid to find out if that leads directly back to William the Conqueror. Can you help a homie out?
Just wanna make sure, this isn't American for "I just found out I share a surname with some European noble"?

Since neither of these two civilisations get their fair discussion, let's talk about the Mycenaeans and the Minoans. Military, architecture, art, religion, anything.
