/HIS/ MEME BEME GO
What are some good arguments for/against fascism?
It's not capitalism or Marxist socialism
If you can't come to power without resorting to intimidation or violence, you're probably not that good to begin with.
>>1760744
Agreed. Communism is bad. They've hardly ever won a nation through democratic election unlike the NSDAP.
>>Guy embroils Europe and it's colonies in a twelve year long war that saw the death of a few million.
>Allies just exile him to Corsica, put him in a big time out.
>Breaks out, returns to France immediately begins new war, battle of Waterloo kills hundreds of thousands more.
>They just exile him to Elba
Why didn't the Allied Coalition just... I dunno.. Have him executed? You'd think he caused enough trouble and chaos to warrant it.
Why didn't they hang him?
He was an Emperor.
>>1775616
They exiled him to Elba, then St. Helena in the Atlantic. He was from Corsica.
>making martyrs
Is he our guy?
What is even a point Mausoleum, anyway?! Did he wanted to be resurrected in future like people from trans-humanism or something?
>>1771260
no no he is not
>>1771296
Compagno!
Why are gay people attracted to political extremes?
Every homosexual I know is either a dickshitting sjw leftist or a raging right wing conservative/nationalist
You are pretty much asking for /pol/ thread about homosexuality being mental illness.
>why are people on the fringes of society attracted to fringe politics
>>1774087
Its an interesting sociological phenomenon
What causes South America to be so prone to political instability and revolution?
>>1771756
>fiery passion of the Latins
>combined with the lack of intelligence of negroes and indios
Recipe for disaster desu
Genetic, historic and geographic determinism.
They are a bunch of niggers who were put down by da white man and also get to live in lands that are extremely shitty
In the case of my country (the white land of argentina), i think it's a mix of inequality in the distribution of land (leads to income distribution conflicts, also oligarchy doesn't like democracy), our military being retarded and foreign intervention.
ITT: Post better leaders for civilisations, if they exist.
Probably not that hard mode: They can't have been in a previous video game.

>Victoria
>England
>Saladin
>Arabia
>Cleopatra
>Egypt
Are these jokes?
>>1761625
No.
The leader direction was a bit borked on this one, not too over the top SJW level but still kind of odd.
Scythians were included for being a "progressive" civ.
No clue why they put fucking Gorgo in there when previously all they had was Alexander.
Chandragupta Maurya, Ashoka, Chandragupta II, Akbar or anybody else for India (or ideally, multiple Indian civs).
Louis IX, Francis I or Louis XIV for France.
Overall I'd rather just have a different choice of civilizations.
>Kongo, Sparta, Poland and Brazil (well at least Brazil might have a good theme again)
>no Byzantium
>no Dutch
>no Ottomans
>no Persia, in any form (just once I want something other than the Achaemenids)
>no Angkor, Siam, or Pagan
>no Java
>no Inca
>Scythians instead of Mongols
>Aztec instead of Maya
>"Anyone who has not seen these fields of carnage will never be able to imagine it. When one arrives here the shells are raining down everywhere with each step one takes but in spite of this it is necessary for everyone to go forward. One has to go out of one's way not to pass over a corpse lying at the bottom of the communication trench. Farther on, there are many wounded to tend, others who are carried back on stretchers to the rear. Some are screaming, others are pleading. One sees some who don't have legs, others without any heads, who have been left for several weeks on the ground..."
Letter from a soldier of the 65th Infantry Division, July 1916.

whats wrong with metal
how do godfags deal with the fact that god doesn't make sense
>logic
Not everything has to be understood to be believed. People don't know or understand everything.
I am the atheist myself, but your picture is totally retarded. God supposed to be strong enough just to micro manage everything and even people with a lot less power would nitpick at most retarded of things given an opportunity.
Thoughts on transhumanism?
That is one optimistic timeline.
>>1768382
It's dumb. It's fueled by people scared of death whose time could be better spent making this life better. I'm all for awesome prostheses and implants to improve quality of life, but everyone will die, technology won't change that.
>>1768395
Yes, your right. Technology will never change the the human body to a point where it won't decay. However, consciousness transfer is the goal here, and which because our brains run on electrical signals (aka can be analyzed with a computer), these events will probably happen in our life time.
Isn't that the basics of evolution in a sense?
Evolution is the adaption of a species over time to make it more survivable, is it not?
When when humanity achieves that, we (our consciousnesses) will have out-adapted death itself.
Aesthetic military outfits thread?
My pick goes to Jordan's Desert Police uniforms. It actually seems to be an adaptation of Jordanian traditional dress put in place a little while after the fall of the Ottoman empire, though not officially dictated to a specific wing of Jordan's military until around 1950.

Please
What is your favorite prehistory period or epoch, /his/? Cenozoic? Mesozoic? Paleozoic?
I'm quite fascinated about the earliest period known to man on this planet of when organisms existed.
When G-d created the Garden of Eden, which was around 6000 years ago if I am not wrong.
Never heard of the shit you are talking about, sounds made up.
>>1755117
Go away.
GOTY: Cenozoic, Neogene period, Pliocenic era.
I wish we could turn back time
Back to the good old days
>good old days
>ottomans

>Israel, Iraq, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia is preferable to Ottomans
awesome /b/ro
I kinda feel sorry for prussiaboos, fapping to old maps and history books.
Were Phoenicians black?
>>1770127
The thing I've never understood about Afrocentric revisionists is that they already have cool civilizations to fap to, from Great Zimbabwe to Ethiopia to Mali. Why pretend like Egypt/Carthage/Phoenicia were black too?
>>1770137
Because those are the cool ones, the ones that built civilizations of the west
>>1770127
Because they are PC cunts.
>"And then class, Hitler just went even more crazy and attacked the Soviet Union FOR NO reason at all"
I hate that meme
>>1769512
If Stalin was preparing for war with Germany why did he go into a physiological meltdown for days after the Barborosa attack then?
New rule: You mention something you hate and then you justify why, sick of seeing 4 replies to one comment asking "BUT WHAT REALLY HAPPENED"
>>1769519
I bet you would also get butthurt if the teacher brought up Lebensraum as a reason for Hitler to attack Russia.
