Ehh umm a finn here. The hakkapeliitta were light shock cavalry which were know for being revolutionary at the time since they instead of just charging in to enemy infantry they unloaded 2 pistols before drawing swords. First one at 20 meters second at 10 and then drawing swords and throwing themselves in to the fight, this was at the time frightening for anyone fighting against them. The name comes from their preferred battlecry "Hakkaa päälle" translated to Hack on them or Beat on them.

How Heretical is the Episcopal Church and what church should I join? I am a former Episcopalian who is considering joining a different church due to my research finding a number of heretical tenets and claims by Church officials, as well as the extremely progressive and openly political outlook of the church (I'm not /pol/ but I don't want politics and religion to mix). I probably won't be joining the Catholic Church (Idol worship) and i'm leaning to Eastern Orthodoxy as I do have some familial connections to the Orthodox Faith. I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask given the huge shitshow that religion threads become on this board but its better asking here then /pol/ or something.
