If yuan navy didn't suffer a huge defeat, they'd easily take Vietnam. They could potentially take all of south east asia and have good ship building expertise by then. In which case, exploration into India/back to Mid east/etc would be possible. Even America would be possible.

Only thing I can recall about Roman empire was grain distribution for the poor.

I don't recall a universal pension system, nor a state funded hospital system, nor a universal schooling system.

So only relevant part is "poor are fed from the public treasury".

I however do recall the churches setting up some sort of a hospital system, however those churches relied on prayers and god's good will for healing the sick.

yes its shrunk, but not as much as that pic suggests. Also there isn't inherently a correlation between the physical size of a brain and level of intelligence.

This is probably not true anon. Working right now on a film adaption of a book about the revolution so have been reading a lot about it, one book in particular (the one possibly being adapted) will give you an entire different picture on the revolution, at least in terms of the Boston area. These people were..well, for back a better word, hekll-riaisng thugs.
