Basically everyone, it turned into one huge shitshow with Russians winning so hard they're essentially paying tribute to Chechens, Kadyrov and his goons having immunity to do whatever they please and the remnants of the opposition going full Islam and mostly shifting to Dagestan.
However, in the end Russia got what it wanted, it controls Caucasus using the old divide and conquer principle and any coherent anti-Russian opposition cannot rise up because everyone is divided, Russia is never stingy when it comes to pouring money into the region and they'll just be perceived as Islamic terrorists even though they have obvious reasons to oppose the status quo. Provided they're actually secular, that is, because Russians sponsor all kinds of radical movements there as well.
