The only way to understand Islam is to understand the neuroses and psychoses of Muhammad. In this series, we explore the impact of Muhammad's abnormal childhood development on his later life and teachings.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miZUE4oF9js
As we will see, Islamic theology flows directly from Muhammad's childhood traumas, via the "psychology of the defective father." In Part One, we explore the "projection theory of belief in God" proposed by Ludwig Feuerbach and Sigmund Freud, along with the "defective father hypothesis" of Paul Vitz.

Were the Vikings of Kurdish origin?

no.
But Vikings did make it to the middle east and fought there

>they made it down to the Caspian sea and into Iranian lands
this is without a doubt evidence of them being the ancestors to the Kurds
>Now where could my pipe be?
Can philosophy answer this question?
No, impossible. It can dance around the intractable truth. The truth that someone, somewhere has your pipe. That man is your Garfield. The embodiment of Satan. Pure evil incarnate. This being, this essence, represents something tragic. Bittersweet. A taste of tonic for the soul, if you will. A fresh wake up call for the hibernation of folly.
Garfield. Is. This. Call.
We heed it, but only because he is there. The half lowered eyelids are emblematic of a state of mind, a trance if you will, of an otherwise altered state of spirit. The soul is transmuted into a vessel devoid of caring. You are at once around an essence that is wise, somehow. Some way this essence is this orange cat.
And there it is.
Your pipe.

What interactions did sedentary Mesoamerican peoples have with the Native Americans of the US?
I don't know much about the southern US tribes, but the North Eastern tribes were indirectly influenced by mesoamerican peoples through an incredibly complex series of tradings that spanned the continent. This can not only be seen in excavated materials but in the similarities of oral histories and cosmologies of the Northeast native american peoples and those of south american civilizations
all I know off the top of my head is north american slaves were valued for their size compared to central american peoples.
No direct contact but we can see elements of trade networks stretching up to at least the Hopewell complex. It's generally believed that, like with the modern understanding of the silk road, this wouldn't have represented single people travelling the distance though, rather the diffusion of goods along a string of societies.
Portugal made one of the most richest global empires, but what did Portugal achieve in culture (GLOBALLY), they did not seem to have much influence in Music (Modern and Classical), Films and Science. Or I simply don't know what they achieved, and if so, what they did?
I never even heard of Portugal until I was seventeen.
Age of Discovery.
Also, Portugal's population is only 10 million, so you need to compare them with some Scandicuck country or something if you wanna be fair.
Ok /his/, inform me on why absolutism trumps feudalism in terms of quality of life. It virtually destroyed the old political and social orders of Europe in order to fund more powerful militaries and states. Was there an advantage to either system to those that lived inside, whether they were noble or common?
I shouldn't be surprised that on /pol-lite/ they fucking defend feudalism
Into the fucking trash
>>2437383
absolutism never existed historically. feudalism in practice was varied remarkably from region to region to the extent that we can't say that there is one kind of feudalism.
>>2437762
Ok thanks for the meme. But both are shit obviously. But which is more tolerable? Not just in Europe. For Example, absolutism fucked up the Spanish vice royalties of South America via the destruction of the informal assambly systems in the 1750's. This would create the problems of taxation and racially divided culture that would eventually lead to revolution in the early 19th century, Feudalism under the Hapsburgs was too decentralized to do much other than autistically screech at colonial officials before selling their offices.
What's your favorite /his/ literature?

I dunno. I like Dostoevsky & Joseph Conrad.

Does centrism even have a philosophy?
it depends on what you mean by "centrism". if you just mean whatever politicians and policies are least controversial at a given point of time, of course not; what is controversial changes through the ages. if you mean consciously going out of your way to pursue this middle ground and occupy it, it's actually a bit fascistic; you're essentially denying there being an objective best set of policies and instead advocating whatever works. most political ideologies besides fascism are built around notions of "morality" and "rights", so such a centrism and pragmatism is in some ways fascist.
what you also have to keep in mind is that the idea of a "center" is somewhat presumptuous. i'd argue both globalism and nationalism are by their natures "centrist" ideologies in that they don't really necessarily care who's making the money, but those two ideologies are opposite of each other. now, I think you're a fucking idiot if you're a right-wing nationalist, but they exist for some reason, so whatever.
>>2437613
>whatever works
define what works and you inevitably have a centrist ideology
