Why did he sell Lombardy–Venetia to Austria? Seriously, that was a dick move. Was he butthurt because he was Genoan and Venice was always cucking Genoa in the Mediterranean? Luckily, one of his descendants helped undo that mistake later.

Adam.

Seeing the first human that ever lived, handcrafted by God himself, has to be an amazing experience.

I really wonder what Adam looked like. He would have been very big, a towering, muscular guy with a great intellect. The original man. I doubt he would fit in that tent.

George Washington or Abraham Lincoln.
I'm not American but I have always looked up to american ideals of democracy and law, thus what better way to learn about such ideas than from some of the most important men of history itself?

I'd probably just do whatever they say and write down everything like a complete nerd.
>>
>>2475883

The OP said historical figure, not fictional people.

That said, seeing the first self aware human would be cool. Sure, he'd be an ugly fucking ape because homo sapiens sapiens weren't a thing yet, but it'd be cool nonetheless assuming he didn't just try to kill me.

So /v/, who was your favorite Mongol emperor Khan? Mine was Kublai Khan for these reasons.

>Cucked the chinese dynasties
>Made a new dynasty(Yuan Dynasty) which was the first to be made by a foriegn leader(modern chinks get triggered by it)
>Controlled an empire roughtly bigger than Rome and conquered in less time than Rome could ever wish.
>Used highly advanced military practices which made Rome look like celtic tribes
>Introduced Marco Polo and all of europe to the true master race of civilization.

sedan was a loss of course, although a lot of your battles are strange in that the French won the wars or were involved on one of the sides that one (like the Lebanese campaign)

It's an opt out.

You can opt out, and GTFO.
>>
>>2475535
But a social contract literally exists? I don't understand what you are on about? Each citizen willing gives away parts of his or her liberty to the state in exchange for it's services. What's so hard to understand? How else would a state work if there wasn't a social contract.
>>
The fact that you prefer to live in America rather than An anarchy filled African tribe proves that the social contract works.

Why did the Lutherans continue to hold to unbiblical Romish traditions like real presence and baptismal regeneration?
9 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
Because the Reformation was a gradual thing.

As people began to read the Bible for themselves and identify the RCC as the Antichrist, they started moving away from Rome.
>>
>>2475289

"The end of history is a political and philosophical concept that supposes that a particular political, economic, or social system may develop that would constitute the end-point of humanity's sociocultural evolution and the final form of human government. A variety of authors have argued that a particular system is the "end of history" including Thomas More in Utopia, Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, Karl Marx, Vladimir Solovyov, Alexandre Kojève[1] and Francis Fukuyama in the 1992 book, The End of History and the Last Man.[2]"

Was Fukuyama wrong about the End of History and if so, will there ever be an end to history that favors capitalism/liberal democracy like the one he postulated? Was it the product of 90s hype or will this scenario ever be achievable?
5 posts and 1 images submitted.

>Was Fukuyama wrong about the End of History

Almost certainly.

>will there ever be an end to history that favors capitalism/liberal democracy like the one he postulated?

Personally, I don't think so myself. But I don't exactly have a doctorate in that kind of macro-historical prediction.

>Was it the product of 90s hype

Pretty much. The cold war was OVER. Liberal democracy had won after decades of public belief (whether or not it was actually justified) that the button could be pushed at any time and everyone would be dead in a massive nuclear war. That kind of apocalyptic mass belief tends towards a view that this conflict is the last major one ever, and once it's over, some way or another, there will be no more.
>>
The end of history happens during the Great White Throne Judgement, after Christ returns to gather the believers and destroy the wicked.
>>
>>2475256
>Was Fukuyama wrong about the End of History
Yes, he even said so hmself.
