I have a lot of instructional pics but since this is just a regular bondage thread I'd rather not flood it with them.
I'd recommend making a tutorial thread of your own either here or on /d/, mods there are usually rather lenient to non-drawn instructional stuff. Also you can try asking in the regular bondage threads on /d/, they're essentially a circlejerk pseudo-forum at this point but most people there know their shit well enough.

However, let me give you some advice you usually don't see when you look up just on technical stuff.

>Unless you're going for decorative Shibari, creativity is more important than knowing fancy ties. Tying limbs in all sorts of different ways using simple but effective knots will get you a long way

>You can tie knots much looser than you'd think without sacrificing any of the effectiveness of the restraint. This is especially important for wrist bindings

I don't think the position has a specific name. Also most people usually think of this position as a hogtie >>840164, so that'll be most of what you find with that query.
The knots are just basic two column ties, maybe held together with a third rope (only then it'd technically be a hogtie since all limbs are tied together).

Shit. I might have to really learn this stupid knot then… I know quite a few knots from climbing, but the bowline has quite a few issues, that made it fall out of favour.

But going back to the safety issue, being able to quickly open any restraints if needed seems really important, and I cannot see myself being able to do that with knots. What about this velcro - lacking a better word - handcuffs with D-rings, to which I then can tie something?

Personally I have never used velcro toys but I'm sure you can google up some useful reviews.
As for quickly opening rope there are special knots designed to open easily but the fastest way is always to cut it. Plenty of safety guides actually recommend a special cutter used in climbing, I forget what it's called.
If you're tying the knots loosely and don't put her into acrobatic positions (which you shouldn't anyway as a beginner) then this really shouldn't be that much of a problem.
However there are always unpredictable issues, like sudden anxiety attacks, cramps, a fire breaking out or even diarrhea.
Maybe try looking into bondage tape, like used in this pic.
It's a special material that only adheres to itself, without glue. So you don't have to worry about pulling it off of skin or hair.
