Been doing a cleanup, but I still want to keep a few big files in case something goes wrong. I don't remember what's the difference between these anymore, aren't Personality Add-ons usually 3-4 GB? Should I delete the smaller one?

How's the sadist voice? Been away for a while and 8 gigs for a voice seems pretty excessive.

It's 8 gigs because it also includes the patch for the VR version which for some reason is its own set of files, bloating it to hell and back.
Can you into nip? Do you have M tendencies? If you answered yes to both, the 詰られ and 筆下ろし VIPs and in general ones where the maid takes the 主導権 have their flavors somewhat enhanced by the personality, but for the ones where she just takes it like everyone else because the plot requires her to, it's nothing special. In general I would say her moans are too exaggerated for my tastes but your mileage may vary.

Genki only update can be downloaded from KISS'es website at any time. I believe it has since been incorporated into newer updates, but even if it hasn't you can always find past updates on KISS'es site.

Thanks. IIRC when 1.50 came out there was a pack with 1.50 and Tomboy bundled together, so I thought that meant "Just Tomboy, without 1.50", so I had mixed it up with that.

I got the 56 GB torrent now, haven't had the chance to try it out yet, but is the Tomboy Update already installed there? It does seem to have everything up to Monthly Pack 15, and the update came out way before it.

It simply says that CM3D2.exe doesn't exist. Specifically, the update you are running is looking for that exe in the place your registry knows the game is installed (where you installed it initially), so if you moved it or something, it's telling you it's confused and needs a blessing from Jesus.

DON´T CHANGE THE LOCALE ON WINDOWS 10 - it´s a fucking hassle to change it back later.
Ntlea works fine on X64 version, it just that Sybaris translations doesn´t load - the game run in moonrunes, ignoring completely all the translated files in unityinjector folder inside sybaris.
I´ll try and figure out a way around it.

There is quite a big difference between changing your 'System Language' and changing 'Language for non-unicode programs' (System Locale). The latter is what you want, as this does not change your system's display language, but allows programs that natively run in a foreign language to function properly, which is what we are talking about here.

As i copied the game folder to my C: root for reasons (having the untouched assembled in another drive AND the solid drive from c:\ being faster to load), this is what the working link looks like:

Also, Sybaris has a .ini file inside his directory pointing to an nonexistent folder for Unity injector.

Hmm. Very peculiar, all my other shortcuts/links also have the path in "<path>", except for my CM3D2 one, which is:

My Sybaris .ini is:

That seems to completely break the game.
It actually works- Sybaris loading screen finally shows up - but once again the screen freezes at the "JAPAN ONLY" warning, like in the 32 bit version.
I think that might have something to do with the version of the Sybaris translation files? The error message apparently points to missing files.
I´ll overwrite with the original ones, see if something changes.

Pasting the original Sybaris files give the same error, so i don´t think it´s a version thing.
I´m considering getting a new repack from nyaa, there was one with 60 Giga size with everything included (meaning, the correct version of pathes and translations in the file), maybe i should try my luck before playing the game just as a simple moonruned nukige with no hope of being translated.

Still going strong with only minor mod problems. I believe I have at least 3 mods that explicitly ctd but it's just a matter of not selecting them, come to think of it I should use Sybaris editor to locate them and just remove them since I didn't think about that until now.

There's one particular modder who has some stuff that just doesn't work and leaves behind irremovable purple models, annoying but just don't use them then.

The only mod that I know of that has this happen is that gyaru top where parts of the model is black. Relatively easy to fix but slightly annoying figuring out which version is the newest.

If we're talking plugins then just be patient and wait for nips to make a new version of it. They're usually very quick about it. This I will admit was painful with MM 19 or 20 I think it was. No spawnable props for like a solid 2-3 weeks or so. Beside plugins I have a couple mods that spit out a error about legacy unity problems but they behave and work just fine.

Where are the mainstream cards for this game? Like sakura, nami asuna... I feel like HS community is so much bigger than this game.

That's because it is, there's like over a thousand people in the english discord alone. Nips are the ones that predominately make non-OC mostly because they make mods for them in the first place.

I am having this problem now....
I dont know what happened. It just came out of no where.

I added i think it might have something to do with a Mod i may have loaded. recently.

To recap i went back to the previous threads and deleted the Translations folder from my UnityInjector and tried to install YAT both with no avail. It keeps saying that an Object is not an Instance of an Object and the list remains the same.

NOW with my younger Maids (ones without much experience or sex moves)
The list is fine.

What do i do???

I downloaded the mod pack and I switched to Sybaris to see how it would handle but now I have no clue on how to install the mods on Sybaris. Can someone lend me a hand?

The problem: after several reinstalls and retries, i was trying to use Sybaris X64 in a X86 path- the 151 update was the wrong version.
Re-installing (meaning, deleting the CM3D2 folder and unzipping the ISO again), re-pathing to 112 and then to 151 and pasting Sybaris fixed .ini folder did the trick.
Finally, i can see what the FUCK is this game all about - I should ZIP this installed version and make a torrent, seeing it doesn´t need registry info or anything.

All those pieces of clothing that contain backgrounds, because we can't get backgrounds to work, but reslotting them (with masks in each) so one's in the headwear slot, one in back, etc, and having them all in one dedicated preset. Gonna make this shit my pet project, so I can stop breaking the game loading ten characters at a time.

So, I played the first CM3D years ago and it was amazing. I also played CM3D2 when it first came out and it was very disappointing. The gameplay wasn't as fun(I mean the first game wasn't special too, but made felt more like a raising sim and somehow it made me dedicated enough to unlock everything), sex acts weren't as diverse and kinky etc. It felt uncompleted/unpolished in general.

There's been two april fools minigames added, a fighting one and a shooting one, both are pretty bad, but they were fun. They're in the mega.

Gameplay wise, no, apart from being able to marry your maid. You fug your maid, earn money selling drinks, fug your maid, hire another and fug her. Same as always. The sheer amount of mods and the complexity of maid creation lets you make pretty much anyone at this point.

Downloaded the "Textured Male Body + Various Heads + Uncensor" from the pastebin and followed the instructions, but all I get is this floating head. I can also select a black suit and some kinda monster thing to be my character, they work fine, but the normal human body is just invisible.
I put it all into the Sybaris GameData folder and put the Male Opacity to 0. What am I doing wrong?

Finished downloading an AIO (1.51.1 from nyaa), set up sybaris and everything is working fine. Problem is that the bat file to set the new directory in the registry isnt working, the command window pops up for a fraction of a second and disappears. Old install is unistalled and can set a new path for each update/dlc, though it's annoying doing it each time. Anyone knows what to do?

This is the path that updates and DLC will use when you attempt to install them.

Oh wow. Your install paths are fucked. No wonder you're having problems. Well, that's the price you pay for not switching to Japanese locale.

You may be able to fix it but deleting the first and third entry.

The first entry has set your install path to C:\WINDOWS\system32 That's...Where your operating system's files are. You should never install programs there. Right click on that folder icon and select delete to remove that entry from the registry.

Do the same for the third entry(the one that also has garbled text). Those entries are conflicting with your カスタムメイド3D2 entry, which is the correct one(upper right in your picture.)

Removing those should take care of the conflict. Right now your computer thinks the game's default directory is in two different places.

Of course, make a backup of your registry before you make any changes.

i got a bunch of error dialogue messages that seemed like missing textures and now this appears. how do i fix this? i installed it as usual, updated it 1522 and used a dlc pack installer to install all the dlcs at once. i also installed sybaris and a few mods.
