Torrents are up to the uploader but majority of them are in the original quality.

It should really be on (You) to find the typesetter, not this volunteer translator you had translate the CG set. For reference, typesetting the CG sets is pretty straightforward since CG sets typically include the textless images. Then you just fire up photoshop and go to town. Make it look like the original. I bet you could even use Paint or Gimp for this CG set. Just use a nice font.
