Once in a blue moon. Usually everything gets dropped on ehentai first or some Japanese uploaders will do both sites at the same time. I've found some doujin that wasn't on ehentai but was on dropbooks once.

Reposting my spoils here since the thread is down. First circle I lined up for was candy paddle. Disappointed that I could not get the tapestry because some guy in the line I queued at took ages to get his order done and they were sold out by the time I was at the front. My impression from Comiket was that similar to other genres, you had a few of the (very) busy circles and a lot of non-busy ones. Over the day, most of the Otokonoko authors I saw were able to sell all their newest releases or had only a few books left on their tables, though they might had some more books left under/behind the tables. Some of the older releases were also completely sold out so there is definitely interest. From that, I would like to think that the business was doing rather well.
