So I do this thing where I need to have multiple tabs of manga open while I browse through them a few pages here and there at a time. This works well for sadpanda but I need the same for my offline stuff.

The closest manga reader I've found for Windows that does this is Comic Rack which allows multiple comics to be opened in tabs. The problem is that it doesn't keep the zoom level when switching between tabs and I can't seem to find an option that does this.

Is there a script I can apply or another program I can use that allows me to do what I'm looking for?

It has already been confirmed that the Chromium team can't implement it due to whatever stupid reasons, which also made the Google team incapable. Their attempt was a failure.

Lazy loading isn't when Chrome kills the content of a tab following a set period of time when the user isn't reading that tab. That's a neat feature, but it doesn't have anything to do with lazy loading.

Lazy loading is when new tabs are, from the get-go, loaded without any content or wepages, as placeholders for the same. Basically, the webpage title and a URL are the only contents of a new tab, until the user selects the tab at which point it is activated and loads the content.
The point is that, whether you are loading a whole folder of bookmarks or using a session manger to load up a bunch of tabs, none of the tabs actually go through the content loading process from the start. This ensures that the browser and the computer hardware aren't overloaded in the situation that someone calls upon a bunch of websites at once. This is also one of the points where Firefox leads over Chromium-based browsers.

1. He produces both proper doujins (20+ Victim girls over the course of 10 years) AND posts illustrations on pixiv on a regular basis. People on twitter tend to prefer artists who actually post proper finished art instead of retweeting announcements and photos of food.
2. He is the king of pandering. It may not be obvious for a westerner, but every single one of his doujins is based on anime/MMO/mobile/browser franchises that are quite literally the biggest and most popular IPs of their season. Granblue, SAO, TTGL, Terra, KanColle etc.
3. Naturally, doing 1 and 2 gives him a bigger following and bigger enty numbers and all that. But there is also a major downside to all of this: none of this shit will ever be published, it will never get an anime adaptation, etc. He may earn a lot trough self-publishing and crowd-funding (which is just another way of self-publishing) but that's pretty much all he gets.

So in the end the question is: who is really more popular? People like Shiwasu, Butcha, Shindol, Fan no Hitori etc who are selling doujins AND proper books AND have their books turned into good anime which also sells. Or Asanagi who has more followers on twitter and sells lots of doujins online but that's it. Especially considering the fact that the latter one is pretty much the only person on the list who is actively trying to expand his twitter following whereas the former ones just post food, announcements and their thoughts on movies and video games and shit.
