Scripting/OCRing doesn't need to be 100% accurate since the translator will also check the scans but they will be times they may use a online dictionary if they do not recognize the character.

I think someone already reviewed shakuganexa's translation and stated that it has a details missing in sentence structure and very unrefined. The first chapter is barely readable although the translation has improved in the next two chapters. That's why he wanted to retranslate it again.
