If you use the same settings every page, it will. The reason QB fuck the levelling up and Hongfire as well because they have different levelling per page. Who is the editor of the manga? Because if the levelling is inconsistent, it will affect the quality of decensoring (If the Spanish guy is still decensoring that is). Fault really lies on the scanner. If there isn't any cropped and rotated scans available, the scans are useless. Why didn't he cropped and rotated the pages while he was scanning it. Scanner should also be in charge with levelling, which must be the same for every page. I can already see another botch version of Tachibana-san coming up. Although his editing skills suck too (Lustful Berry "cough", "cough" adjust the fucking white levels) . I bet Macross scans will suck too. If there is a cleaned version of the scans, I suggest a E Hentai bounty and uploaded that version on Sadpanda. Scanner is really a hypocrite.

Currently the team is just not working properly together. I think there have been too much expectations about decensoring and editing. Tachibana could have been a work in progress and the fact that the first pages are still not finished shows people lacking commitment or there's isn't enough staff. The translation is apparently complete though (or nearly).
That's why we will never get the scans of Fate and Macross Frontier (I know Fate is already scanned but won't be released since it may affect tachibana). Actually, I think Jin is ALWAYS on the look for assistants to help him finish his works in time for COMIKET conventions. He probably does the DRAWING part then lets his assistants do the INKING and probably a few other minor details.
On top of that, as someone else stated before, he seems to not be motivated by money, which could explain why he's OK paying as much as 4000 yen each page to his assistants.
=> Also, you have to remember Jin is a hardcore GAMER (Diablo especially) and he loves to spend a LOT of time on games, which could explain why he's always rushing things a few days before the Comiket, trying to finish his works.
