I normally don't remember circle/artist names, which makes it a pain in the ass trying to remember a particular title that I haven't added to my favorites list.

Kudos to the lists people provided, shame none of them seem to be the group behind the one doujin I'm trying to remember, though Udon-Ya sort of reminds me of the style. Story was about a tall girl (student president) who hooks up with the small boy mc due to him always being in the front row so he could look up her skirt. They quickly escalate the kinds of things they do with each other, with some fantasy scenes of the girl's being publicly humiliated/fucked by the boy. Story ends with them graduating and the girl giving the boy her panties that she was wearing that day, with the wind exposing her on the last page.
