Ok, so I'm going to try to explain how to get into exhentai by editing your cookies.
I'm using Firefox and the "Advanced Cookie Manager" add-on.
First thing is to register at e-hentai.org (free) and log in.
Now change the url in your address bar to exhentai.org.
You will see the sad panda, but thats ok he won't be sticking around.
Open your cookie manager and examine the cookies for e-hentai.org
There are 2 cookies we need. the ipb_pass_hash and ipb_member_id
Create matching cookies in exhentai.org.
Change the expiration date to 2020 or what ever.
Delete any cookies in exhentai that where there before.
Save your cookies and close the manager.
Say goodbye to the sad panda and refresh the page.

What I do is log in to e-hentai then copy over the ipb_pass_hash and ipb_user_id to a window with sadpanda. I use the same codes for the cookies as from e-hentai. Once they're copied over and submitted I reload and it works. Has never failed me in years. Different computers different networks always works.

I don't like the idea of helping people access exhentai; feels like you're just getting it too easily. Still, it's not everyone's fault that the access "procedure" doesn't work.
Once you have logged into an e-hentai account, you're supposed to be able to access both sites. That doesn't always work though, for whatever reason.
So, what I've been doing whenever I hit the sad panda is just making very simple edits to my cookies. I use a firefox add-on called Cookies Manager+. After logging into e-hentai, I look up ALL of the cookies for that site, then change them to exhentai cookies.
Save all of your e-hentai cookies as exhentai copies, and you'll be able to access the site. (You probably don't need to copy all of them, but I don't know which one unlocks the site).

I've done everything recommended for getting your account verified (posted lots, played their shitty game, waited a few weeks) and it still wasn't working. I think they might somehow flag accounts of people that they think are just posting to get access to exhentai or something.
So here's a failsafe method of beating the Sad Panda:
1) Steal some other fuckers account.

Try months. Wani is a publisher of those books that sent out takedown notices back in April. While everyone else pretty much listened to their first warning, EH tried to hide it on Ex, but they eventually had to remove it towards the end of the summer.
