Hentaigasm is easy and ad-free but has very limited tags. The availability of raws and subs is a big plus too.
Pururin is my favorite doujinshi site. If nothing's on Pururin I go to fakku. (Only use the panda on my computer)

I'm gonna assume you're stupid and thinks everything is a doujin.
They removed some commercial manga because of legal actions from the copyright holders (like most big sites). They later made a deal with the Japanese company and will start selling those books in their store (physical and digital). The alternative was not having it on the site at all.
Their deal doesn't cover doujinshi (by definition self published, and their deal is with a publisher), so doujinshi is still on the site.
That being said, exhentai for manga and sukebei for anything else is the only acceptable answer to OP's question. Pretty much all the hentai-super-doujin-castle-moe-heaven.ru sites are just reposting and profiting on other's work, and you should feel bad for supporting them.
