Drawfag here as well. I saved this a few hours ago since I also need tons of work on coloring. Since we're supposed to color them in and show them here's what I've got so far on the one I picked. It's not much to look at so far but it's going better than I honestly expected.

Yeah, but that's real easy to tweak afterwards. I'm working on lighter skin since the contrast is easier on the eyes for me.

Some of these characters I can tell, but others I can't either because I don't know them or they look very similar (like another character or two) like >>3712201 is the Vocaloid Luka but >>3712209 looks like a few girls I remember, but none are probably who this is.

The problem isn't when there's a flat white background, the problem is when there's shading. You either have to delete it or paint around it, it's strictly not lineart if you shade it.

If there's a shading or many messy lines you can also try using multiply layers. Then brighten certain spots with luminosity layers.

but... I'm just saying. It's good solution to learn and leaves you door open for more fancy uses.

Yeah sure. What I meant was reflective and liquid like substances. I need to dive a bit into ways that they might reflect colors from around. It's subtle thing but adds up to whole thing.

The colours there looks somewhat saturated, faded out if you will. Try to make them more vibrant and it might look better. That, and brighter nipples.

Known, effect of using multiply layers on lineart with midtones.
Could probably fix by adjusting levels but at the time I wasn't interested.
I might have a look at this later but for future reference it's a good idea to remove any midtones from the lines such that multiply layers don't darken the fills.
