How much does an average hentai artist earn?

Not counting the ones with tons of books, big patreons and enties and all that since they are obviously relatively loaded.

Everyone knows that the majority of doujin artists don't even break even but this statistic also contains A LOT of non-h hobbyists who can barely draw or do something else altogether.

I mean, there are "western" comic artists who live pretty damn well while producing, like, 1 or 2 pages per week, so there is no way all those relatively skilled but less popular people in japan are doing all that insane work just for fun, isn't there?
