This is a logo for a plumbing/cleaning/waste dealing company. Any tips or ideas?

Too much small details for a logo I think. You should try to make it more simple, with less objects.

made the head bigger and image simpler
maybe try better colors, the grey is flat and willdissappear
So I tried two different designs, removing the bulky hexagon from the spray bottle. You think it's still too detailed?

I think the USB-like logo is quite an interesting idea but might be a bit misleading. The spray bottle also doesn't have enough room to breath and looks awkwardly arranged.
The other ones look a bit aggressive and unapproachable.
Maybe your best bet is to go with a more general motif to represent the company. I think you're bottling yourself in trying to make these three work.
I was fearing the same thing about the USB logo. The client also uses fiber optic cameras to check plumbing so maybe a lens or something at the bottom circle. But still it feels too electronics oriented.
What do you mean by more general motif? I really like the idea of using a blend of objects such as the sword and the bowl cleaner mostly because the branding im trying to make is a bit humoristic.

I mean a more general motif by depicting one thing that is common to plumbing, cleaning and waste, rather than depicting three things in one logo. Also I think if you're going for humor in the branding then your depictions of these objects is too realistic. Need to stylize it more and make it more fun
thanks a bunch, ill take your tips in consideration. going home now to play some pkmn crystal but will get to back to it. you are very right about the more playful design, will get to it sometime tonight or tomorrow
first time posting on 4chan in general and im really surprised by the responses :)

These are horrid.
You need to start with a few mood boards and about 50-100 sketches.
GET THE HELL OFF THE COMPUTER.
Seriously, it can actually hinder your ability to think/create. Just grab a pen/pencil, some paper and start sketching. DO THE MOOD BOARDS FIRST THOUGH.

less is more. Think of apple or the microsoft logo. They are very simple. Most people make the mistake of putting too much detail in a logo. It's more about being clever "see FedEx" logo. It's simple but has a hidden arrow between E and X. :)

listen to this anon. Be simple and clever. Don't mix too many different things into the logo.

id listen to this guy. youre gonna get too restricted by being on the computer when youre not ready
These logos all look like complete garbage. Maybe you're trying to make your logo ironic? And I completely don't get why you're trying to combine a crossbow with a toilet brush.
It's like you've decided to made janitorial work look cool because you're on Game of Thrones.
Hire a fucking designer.

yeah, nobody like Mr Clean

You don't need explicitly state a toilet brush, plumbing bell or spray bottle to convey cleaning.
They all can be summed up as abstracted leaf like waves, depicting plumbing/waste water, enviroment and clean water. A house with sparkling stars are the abstracted cleaning aspect and the circling arrow the waste management
