It's a museum logo, and I'm having some trouble with the font, the concepts are: heavy, heritage, and inclusive.

I forgot to say, the colors are based on the ink used on serigraphy, and the museum is located on a hill
Thicker Font needed - something to reduce the space between the letters. Try Open Sans Extra Bold

These details are so subtle that they do not scale well as a logo should and they make the building look like it wasn't thought out. Your logo alltogether doesn't feel confident.

Even if the details are actually a part of the building, either exaggerate them, or remove them completely.
I'm not big on the asymmetry. If there is going to be this much of it it needs a balance of some sort. I'd probably recommend bringing the left red ridge down to match the right side. Also would like to see the building a little lower since the red feels wort of overpowering.
