Seems about right

Old Skype logo:
+Unique font and style
+Easily recognizable
- Looks incredibly early 2000's
- Kind of bloated

New:
+ Less bloated
+ Good Icon
- Awful font (I hate it extra cause it's the same font Microsoft uses for everything, strips away individuality like >>311416 said)
- Icon and name don't mesh well at all, looks like two different things put together

Old one is better but both are bad.
I wonder how much the guy who made the new one got paid for his shit.

that's probably the fucking point
microsoft is making sure ppl know t̶o̶ ̶a̶v̶o̶i̶d̶ ̶s̶k̶y̶p̶e̶ that its part of microsoft by injecting their brand into everything

new one is probably better, shit needs to be versatile nowadays
would like to see if any naysayers made a better one though, typically people cannot do this (see = ubisoft)
