I don't know if this is the right board since I don't see a lot of digital stuff on /ic/ but anyway, I want to start drawing digitally, but I don't know what software to use, which one is the best/most complete? My options are Krita, Medibang, SAI and GIMP. Maybe other one's that are like these. Photoshop isn't an option at the moment, even pirated, it's too much for my laptop.

the two that most people use are
Clip Studio Paint:and Photoshop CC
but SAI, Corel and Krita are also good, and i don't know what you're talking about i used to use a photoshop cs4 on my old laptop with 2 gb of ram and 512mb of graphics card/chipset and it runned actually fast.

I like Mischief. Its honestly not superb or anything but does what it should.
Also it has an unlimited canvas.
There's a free version which is good enough but the paid seems like a slight rip off honestly.
Medibang is perfect for a photoshop replacement.
Finally, all I wanna say is honestly any of the software you mentioned is perfect for your needs but its all about what you create that matters. Don't get stuck up on the software side and end up ignoring what actually matters.
I use paint tool sai

Clip Studio Paint is the most complete and the best for digital drawing.
Photoshop is also a good alternative, but on this particular subject CSP is better.
Paint Tool SAI is not bad, but has a lot less features than CSP.
