Too many small details. If it's tough to see in the thumbnail, it ain't good. Try going less for an ascii art look and more for a solid pixel look if you want it to reflect technology or code. Make the front side of the K a solid colour and maybe try doing a checkerboard pixel texture for the sides to create a faded effect that looks good at smaller sizes.
