Where can I find all the ligatures in the world? What's the name of this encyclopedia or website?
any digram is a ligature if you're brave enough
the only ligatures you should care about are already listed in wikipedia, and even most of them are shit nobody cares about
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Typographic_ligature#Ligatures_in_Unicode_.28Latin_alphabets.29
æ, ff, ffi, fi, œ, ß and st are the only relevant ones

not even remotely complete. When I found an 11th century manuscript on my shelf and did my research, I found books (on google.books) listing thousands of ligatures for a single font alone! (beneventana in this case)

the ones listed in wikipedia are the only ones defined in Unicode, so even if there are more, you are not able to type them.
Also, like I said in, the ones listed in Wikipedia are the only ones one should care about when it comes to typeface design.

OP asked for a comprehensive list of all the ligatures in the world. Also, sanskrit has shitloads of ligatures aswell, that should all have unicode entires.
There is no such thing as 'all ligatures'. Every typeface designer can make new combinations, etc. You might as well be asking for a list of 'all colors'.
