F. Maybe too simplistic though? It's really just going to be a shitty looking F once you scale it down.

One of the cooler things I've seen posted here in quite a while tbqh. I'm not even a huge fan of "clever" logos but this is a solid idea.

I'd have to see it applied to various things to know how well it will work, though.

Solid idea but think of the target audience, are you mostly going to be aiming the product at young people who will appreciate that logo? Or would something clearer with additional text be a better option for an older generation?

By all means, it works, just have a think about the practical application

It's fucking terrible flat, make an isometric version with gradients, use those fancier plastic white fences for references, and I wouldn't do a sharp tip personally

No no no, you had it with the original logo. One thing to remember is not to try and make the logo cool or add something to make it seem like it's worth the design, it's to make it fit the brand and make it memorable and timeless.

If someone on /gd/ is saying "Dude you just made a shitty F" they don't understand branding ,identity design, or logo design.

And if a client ever says "Why am I paying you to make a shitty F" then don't work with that client, there's plenty of businesses and other people in the sea that will respect your design process.

The main idea behind logo design is to solve a problem, and have that problem fit the theme, and identity of the business/brand.

And from what I see, you've done that well. This logo implies fencing, and I assume the F has something to do with the name of the company. Please, just remove the grass, the grass ruins it because with iconography you want to be able to see all parts of the logo from at least six feet away, and the grass also removes the scalability.

With logos, your main goal is to solve the problem as simplistically as possible, unless your client wants otherwise. Hope that helped!

from a design viewpoint its great :)

but yeah >>305760 is right, in terms of a business asset for a functioning company it might be too modern, think about your target audience, try and pin down what kind of demographic will most likely be using the service, it might be a different solution is needed in practical application
(but that doesnt detract from the fact that this one will look good as a conceptual exercise in your portfolio)

I actually prefer this but the grass is too detailed, just use three blades of grass and make them more visible. Either way its decent work. Also don't forget to make mockups with text and stuff.
