OP here, the link I posted IS the source. It was uploaded by the ad agency Arnell Group unironically who received 1 million dollars for the design.

Sorry I stand corrected. The Document was Leaked by a freelancer apparently but the ad agency didn't deny it's legitimacy in interviews about it. It is even theorized that this was all a deliberate Hoax to get attention in the ad world.

Ironical or not, this demonstrates what a shit show the design world is. I wish machines would advance faster so that the whole industry finally burns to the ground, deservingly so.
