you'll find that out when you lay out a bunch of typefaces on your logo and one strikes you
but you should do this "after" you sort out basically everything else

your first port of call would be to maybe try some brand new ideas using the stars and the IWW text,
new imagery i would try would be either a construction hat,
or a worker with overalls, a construction hat and a roll of blueprints standing on, walking over or walking on a globe
