It's objectively shit and this is bait. This logo would be immeasurably better if the outer curves mimicked the curves of the lettering better. In fact it should have been drawn by initially enlarging the paths of the letters.

Because it is a very good logo. BG shape fits the letters like a glove. Letter weight balance is perfect. TM mark solution is ace. This is what I call a top tier logo. Hater who desperately try to copy the timeless minimalist style, will hate this.
