believe it or not i have designed a couple of logos similar to that versace one (obviously not that great but I'm confident that i could replicate it's quality given a reasonable budget and time)

if you want i could try and come up with a few proposals for you (the images you posted could look really great on a logo btw), right now i have the time and i'm not necessarily looking for money, but work, just drop an email if interested.

Dunavci District would be a fantasy name, which is not good for a luxury brand like the OP image. Fantasy names are usually bottom-lower mid tier brands that pretend to have a luxuryness but are cheap and more like a knock off.
