well, you can search for similar fonts using tags like 'fantasy fonts' or 'fantasy titles fonts' and then and try to find something you like. and if the license allows it you could modify the letters and add those calligraphy ornaments afterwards on illustrator.

unless they somehow notice it i don't think you'll have to worry plus paying thousands for a lawyer/court for getting a few hundreds out of your doesn't make sense maybe if you're making a huge campaign with signs everywhere then they will want to take some actions
