pretty good concept albeit edgy however the content within the diamond feels empty/underused. If you're sending it to a cheap shop to get patches then fine but in general theres not much working here.

It's really harsh on the eye, because of the big white spaces in the logo itself.
Also it bothers the symmetri that the date is much smaller than the rest of the typography.

The font looks like shit too.

After looking at it again this morning, you definitely have a point. Too much white space.

I thought the typeface seemed fitting as its military-esque, but I'll try using something else.

I'll admit that when they named the team "Reaper" my eyes rolled into the back of my head... but its hard to get away from skulls and scythes with that name. Perhaps it would be less cringey if I used an animal or something that conveyed the same feeling of impending death?
