>>Hey guys! I promise you'll get jobs this way.
>> No employers hire people from there.
>>293676
Yeah it's free hosting for when you apply, employers don't come to you. You knew that, right?
>>293676
I've heard several people that they received commissions through Dribbble though. I looked at their profile and there was nothing special about it. I don't know if location played a role in it. I got nothing from both.

That's not actually your work is it? Surely nobody of that talent would bother with this board.
If it is actually you dude, fellow aussie here, love the shit out of your work and I followed your tute on skillshare for an assignment once. Your work for marc maron and ty seagull are personal favs.

>>296125
I have, that's next-level.
The shoe was created using Nike iD (screenshot from the website) so it's hypothetical really.

You were so fantastic!
>>297415
Is that really you? Can you please tell Sagmeister that he's a hack and he sucks?
>>298286
How may I learn from you?
>>298289
My general advise is just get out there and do whatever, but do it passionately. Someone somewhere's bound to be interested in your work, you just gotta put yourself out there.
>>298290
Thanks man, I hope that happens. How'd you end up in S&W/New York? I've also been thinking about getting out of this country so I've been rounding up my portfolio except most of the stuff I've worked on are still in production. Anything in Behance, I feel I didn't have enough control in to put in my portfolio either.
>>298296
I'd been an intern at Pentagram before working at S&W, so I guess that garnered some interest. Jessie emailed me directly and offered to interview (She gives lectures at SVA, where I studied), I was actually looking to get into pure branding before that, believe it or not.
As for behance/studio, that's exactly what I was talking about before. If you feel like your projects are not good enough/you have no control over them, then do your own personal stuff. I often wake up very early to draw fucking lines on photoshop, literally.
>>298297
Yup, I'm working on it bit by bit (behind my boss because goddamn)
What's your favourite experience so far in design? Pentagram/S&W/your projects which btw your a e s t h e t i c is insane i love it
>>298315
To be honest, I can't really pick a "favourite experience". Every project has been a delight to work on, so far. Sure, some offer more creative leeway than others, but the experimentation and the process is what keeps me loving what I do.
It really comes down to the creative minds you surround yourself with and the approach you have towards design.
