"Teach Peace", teach as in to educate & peace as in lack of conflict. So it makes sense as long as you don't start thinking how one would teach another about peace. "Yo check out how awesome tranquil periods are", "Let me tell you about the notion of no conflict".
Anyway, I like to draw a firm line between teaching and preaching and in my eyes peace is something that one preaches not something that one teaches.
