In my opinion: the arrow is too big
A suggestion: make the negative space inside the G turn into another arrow. I can already kind of see one forming.

it looks like you freehanded the entire logo with the pen tool which I wouldn't recommend because then the size and shape of it isn't consistent or proportionate.
do more sketches with paper and pencil, read up on logo design and figure out a better design then move onto the computer. dont just think of an idea then start freehanding it in illustrator. it will come out like shit every time and you will waste more time than the results would be worth.
