If it was a tiny bit clearrer, you would be able to OCR it.

Unfortunately the quality is just a tad too low for automated processing so you'll have to do it over in Illustrator/InDesign.
The font family is Helvetica Neue LT Pro and it doesn't look particularly complex.

The R and t are dead giveaways. You learn to identify fonts by eye if you dick around in a /gd/ job long enough.

Never used it, but in Illustrator at least just lock the base image down and 'type over it'.
