Im planning to get a new laptop since is more convenient to move a lot and work when there is a chance, sadly my current one is getting old and barely obsolete. I don't do much except for photoshop, illustrator and rarely after effects, which one you have that you would recommend?

So, what you have now is pretty good and you don't need to change it? Because my laptop and desktop would be absolutely considered obsolete and they are more than capable of handling my design software needs. Unless you are creating HUGE projects in photoshop, you are probably fine right where you are.
