Here's Saint Paul's. It fails for having it's name in a motto banner under the shield, but otherwise is a little more relevant
(the little house refers to the St. Paul chapel that was built back when St. Paul was called Pigs Eye, after a rum runner and fur smuggler who built his still near the river- it's pretty obscure, but pretty fun, when compared to the dome of the St. Paul Cathedral, which is referenced on the right side).

Really, I like this one a lot if not for the motto!

This one is the unofficial-official flag for NE Minneapolis. I find it offensive, as it includes letters, is not easy to recreate, and isn't relevant to the part of the city in the slightest.

It was made by a bank in the 80's, I think, and the only references to it come from that bank's website.
